Drone Surveys
Our drone surveys are carried out through our national UAV service partner so wherever you are in the UK, you will receive the same service quality, price and SLA. We have surveyed small domestic properties on the south coast to large Estates in Scotland. We have covered agricultural and industrial fires to localised storm damage and regional flooding.
Drone surveying can be your cost and time effective way to safely capture high res images from every angle.
3D Surveys
Our digital 3D surveying allows you and your colleagues and clients to walk through the property in the snapshot of time eliminating site hazards and travel. The interactive platform models a 3D floorplan whereby you can click on any area to be taken into the room to scan left, right, up and down and walk through to other rooms. The 3D hyperlinks can be embedded in reports and we can share to multiple clients in person or via virtual meeting.
Remote site call
Our digital site call system allows us to remotely contact your client or tenant without visiting. Our digital system connects with your clients phone via a link sent by SMS. Once the user agrees to the terms, the application will take control of their camera functions and speaker control. We can direct the user to problem areas via their video camera, and we can take photos with their camera.
The system was useful during Covid but has it's benefits in situations involving vulnerability, remoteness or high security.
